The Wincut is a pneumatic vertical cutter designed to cut specifically semi-rigid materials and also glass up to 305 cm. The movement of the cutting head is done through a pneumatic cylinder that guarantees a fast and smooth cut. The unit is also equipped with a pneumatic clamping system to strongly hold the material that needs to be cut.
The Wincut comes standard equipped with two interchangeable cutting heads: one to cut semi-rigids materials up to 20 mm using a special knife and a second one to cut glass up to 3 mm using a cutting wheel.
The Wincut is available in three different cutting sizes: 160 cm (63”), 246 cm (96”) & 305 cm (120”).
Materials cut by the Wincut vertical cutter: foamboard, cardboard, honeycomb / Re-board®, corrugated plastic, PVC, mountboard, glass.
