UV DTF FOILS, SET A-FILM + B-FILM

Set including:
1 x roll of the A-Film, widht 31 cm x 50 m
1 x roll of the B-Film, widht 31 cm x 50 m

It is suitable for printing on roll or flatbed printers of various brands. Printing is possible in the CMYK + White + Varnish mode, but also in the CMYK + White mode (when printing without varnish, the coating is matte and less resistant to abrasion than when printing with translucent varnish).

Printing procedure on the flatbed UV printer:
1, Cut from the roll suitable size sheet. Place the A-film on the printing table so that the cover foil is on top and turn on the suction.
2, Peel off the cover foil. Under it is a self-adhesive layer that you will print on.
3, Print your motif - first a white base layer and CMYK print on it with translucent varnish on top.
4, Carefully remove the printed foil from the printer
5, Insert a roll of transfer B-Film into the roll laminator. Insert the printed A-film into the laminator so that the printed side is up and the laminator presses the transfer B-film onto its surface. Laminate with temperature 25-60 degrees.
6, Cut out the laminated motif and peel off the bottom A-Film. The top B-film serves as a transfer foil for sticking to the advertising item.
